At Satkoota Foods, we take pride in delivering high-quality food products. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our items, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy.

1. No Refunds

All purchases made with Satkoota Foods are non-refundable. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any food products once they have been delivered.

3. Exception – Damaged or Incorrect Products

While refunds are not provided, we may offer a replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, leaking, or defective, OR

  • The product delivered is incorrect

To request a replacement:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof

  • Contact us via email or phone

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Order Cancellation
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or dispatched.

  • Cancellation requests before processing are subject to approval.

5. Quality Assurance

We ensure all products are:

  • Properly packed

  • Quality checked before dispatch

Satkoota Foods is not responsible for damage caused due to:

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Mishandling by the customer
